In-person assistance of property pre-inspection;

Assistance with any work or remodeling that may be needed;

In-person assistance during return of the property;

Cancellation and/or exchange of ownership of utilities, such as water, gas, electricity, internet, and others;

Preparation of final lease breakup calculations;

Assistance/advice regarding the duties of the landlord/tenant in the return of the property, in accordance with the Tenancy Law and/or Real Estate Market practices.
